I'm exactly on the same situation as you. I want also a new trevor white cues but no website. Do you know exactly which one do you want? Do you have some pictures of his shaped cues?
if you have a thick and stiff shafted cue i would use a softer tip i.e elk or blue diamond
if you have a thinner and a shaft with a bit of whip to it use a talisman pro soft or a diamond plus tip which are a touch harder
