My cue took 13 months. Communication was not very good until the cue was ready for shipping. Worth the wait.

Strangely enough I had an email from Trevor yesterday to say cue was in the final stages of being finished and should be ready next month, don't no if Andrew gave him a nudge or not but if he did, thank you

This will be my 3rd Trevor White cue so I no they are worth the wait

Yes I received it about 15 months after I ordered, I did read on here that someone was pretending to be Trevor and taking orders, hope that’s not the case for you

He has been my pal a long time, but yep his customer service record is not great.

I'd normally leave him alone till he tells me the cues are finished.

However I've decided 2 months back that I wanted to put titanium ferrules on these new cues (I've gotten used to playing with them now) but he has not replied yet.
