LOL i don't think the weight of it will be that much of an issue, plus i havaen't decided whether its best to keep the weight of the cue the same or the balance, as a light extension would make it much more forward balanced. I don't think it will make that much difference either way.

You will always alter both the balance and the weight by adding a mini-butt, you have no choice, you're adding 6" of wood and min. 3oz, so both will be changed. What you want to do is to alter them as little as possible. Hence the low weight option.

A light extension will not make your cue more forward balanced as the weight will go on the very end of the cue, so the B.P will come back, but with a lighter extension it'll come back less.

lol half my freinds tell me i'd be sad to buy it but im gunna go with your opinion!!! (just because it agrees with mine :P) i wonder how complicated it would be to splice in a flame shaped piece of wood to a cue... bet that would be expensive lol.
