Any North East England Snooker Table fitters

Cleaning table yesterday noticed total of about 14 miniscule cloth tears, and I mean miniscule, so small they don't interfere with play and had to be searched for with magnifying glass. Does anyone recommend any fitters for the future to recover table in Durham area? Also, on previous stretching the cloth about 18 months ago, one of the centre pocket brass pins into the side rail broke. Any one know where to get a replacement for a Star table.
