unless I'm mistaken, pocket size depends on the plates

These are tournament sized Match Pocket Plates

I think the color of the table has nothing to do. Until 2005 in tournaments used brown legs tables

you are mistaken , pocket size is determined by the fitter who cuts the rubber at the pocket openings to templates . a metal pocket plate can be any design and it is fastened to the cushion beyond the pocket size and way after point of drop .
the fat broad bow two pin design is the prefered type of pocket plate used today .
but they could have made them bolt up type plates which in my opinion are a much sturdy way of attaching the pocket plate , two pin type will become loose in time as those holes the two pins locate into wear big as Balls are hammered against the plate .

I am now the proud owner of a full size Riley Aristocrat.

I purchased the table from senga147 (now banned for some reason).

We discussed the specifications in detail over a few emails, and finally I decided to go ahead after a lot of thought. There were a few delays in shipment by the courier service, but it arrived in a good condition.

The table was set to tournament specs by senga147 and a very effective "locating pin" method was applied to reassemble it to the right fitting.

            The deal was:
            • Full size refurbished snooker table with:
            • new 6811 strachan cloth
            • New cushions
            • new cushion friezes from Riley
            • italian slates
            • adjustable slate bearers
            • high intensity lights
            • under table heaters
            • rests
            • cues
            • triangle (PRO)
            • used table iron
            • Scoreboard
            • T/C balls

I had a few problems with customs in Kuwait, as they could not understand why a 1 tonne item was shipped as a personal item, but I finally managed to convince them and released the table.

The table was fitted within two days and now plays pretty decently, although I plan to re-level in in a couple of weeks.

The Riley Strachan logo in the photos were printed on transparent stickers just for my pleasure
I plan to get a bronze plate made as well.

I would recommend senga147. He is professional and helpful.

I've attached the logo file in case anyone else would like to use it.

Just a quick note to say despite the posters comments Senga 147 is definitely not to be trusted and I bring this back up te remind people the guy is a Crook. The tables he supplies are not Genuine Riley Aristocrats. They look like genuine but they most certainly are not.

We bought an aristocrat from him 2 years ago for our club for £2500. It was meant to be set up to tournament spec. It was woeful. We complained to 'Tayside Snooker' as he is called and he said he would put it right. They asked who our fitters were and we said A & D Billiards of Birmingham. He instructed them to fit new rubbers to Tournament template which they did. A & D never ever got paid despite chasing and being fobbed off numerous times.

We sold the table for £500 as we had no confidence in it, bottom rail pinged every shot making us think the steel's had been added.

We have now lost our relationship with our table fitters as a result.

Sad story but beware of Senga 147 or Tayside Snooker!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very nice looking table indeed! Do you still have the table? If yes, can you please take some close up photos of the cushion rails showing the true shape up close. I want to replicate it for my table I am planning to refurbish.

                    Thanks
