  • Rise and Fall mechanism for Riley Dining Table

I have an old Riley table, snooker/dining, size 8ft. The rise and fall mech. is missing. Does anyone know where I can get one? Thanks

I have two sets of brand new mechanisms available. They are sold in a sets of 4. If interested I could let you have a set for £ 75-00 plus postage.

These are solid brass and are UK made and are identical to the RILEY ones they used to use. Made to the pattern used by TENBY engineering. To my knowledge RILEY do not do a diner any more. I can photograph and email a picture for you if you supply an email address. We bought these to put on diners we used to make, but never got round to using them.

Send me a private message. They are the same size as the ones you will have. I have bought old RILEY diners in the past and had to replace them with these.

thank you for the photo. Would you be able to measure the width of the piece at the bottom of your photo. Just want to be sure its strong enough before I buy.thank you very much.

Take it from me British made at £75 a set you had better snap them up , riley do not make them anymore since the original riley manufacturer went BUST a few years ago , their diners are imported now and where the same used as the TITAN brand and Chinese in manufacture , these raise and fall sliders have to be kept together once used so a tip is to number both parts the same as the leg number , as they wear intogether they perform better , if you mixed the parts up say on the next house move , you will find they stick .

Approx 3 inches wide. I`ll double check tomorrow.

How wide are the ones on your table?

If yours are 2.5 or 3 inches wide, I'd like to take both sets if that's ok. Look forward to hearing from you tomorrow. ps we have a replacement 2inch wide set that is not strong enough.

They are 2 inches wide. You do get a bigger size, but these are imported. I made an 8ft diner for a client and they snapped, where the pin slides left to right. I replaced with the UK made ones and never had a problem.
