When planning your snooker room, you need roughly 5' clear "cueing" space all around the table, so this needs taking into consideration when planning your room.
The room's internal measurements are 24' x 18'. There is also a recessed area of about 2.5' so that I can have a smartly upholstered seat in the corner without impacting on cueing area.

Also, if having a full size table, these do usually weigh between 1 3/4 and 2 ton depending on the age and quality, so you do need a strong floor.
Table is to be on the Ground Floor level which is concrete. Will be carpeted but probably with tiles so that I can cut the tiles to the frame.

The light fitting needs to be hung centrally above the table at 30" above the bed if using traditional lighting
Will have an electrician on site for the installation date to assist the fitters.

Thanks for your interest, I have purchased the pictured Aristocrat from Elston and Hopkin. I look forward to my rooms completion in the not too distant future.

That size is perfect. Almost like a custom built snooker room.
