How to replace rail felt

I would like to replace the table felt for one rail alone, but figured it would be too much trouble to call in some professionals and would like to do it on my own.
Anyone has experiences to share on how to do it?

Will be a lotmore trouble doing it yourself than calling in a pro.

I assume you are talking about recovering one of your cushions. Get a billiard fitter to do it if you want to maintain your table to the correct standard. You can't replace the years of training and experience of a billiard fitter with instructions or advice and expect to to have your table playing properly.
