In my new penthouse I left room for snooker table and pool table, its left from the main room and last room on left side, its quit big so it will even have place for few members of audience (chicks mostly I hope).

In the house, although we designed it and always had a snooker room in the plans.

                your own table..where...how?

When I bought the house off plan got the builder to enlarge what should have been the garage into The Snooker room, with enough room for other items including of course a fridge for the beer.

Are you having a big step around your table on the one side ?

Make sure that your newly plastered room has had chance to dry out before you move the table in.

A tip of the cap to my favourite table in the league eh Mark?

Of course. Still have the floor to be screeded somepoint this week. Cover that two weeks after and then get the table in two weeks after that. So possibly 6 weeks from completion.

Had a major set back this week thanks to a moronice plumber. Weeks of assurances that he could vent my external flue pipe directly up through the roof proved to be nonsense as it is too close to my daughter's bedroom window.
I am furious as I pointed this out from the get go of the design and voiced my concerns that I'd need to relocate my boiler. I was told I was worrying about nothing.
Alas, a year down the line and I had to borrow the best part of a grand to relocate my boiler entirely. Uselss ****wits!

                            Grumpy to say the least.

It annoys me when I get a tradesman who patronises me when I know that I know more than he does! I understand they do it even more to women!
