Cushion Rail Height for full size table from the bed

Does anybody know the official cushion height on a full size table? seeing as the balls are 2-1/16" .

That bottom cushion looks evil. I'd hate to play a cushion shot from there. I miscue enough on regular cushions.

If your miss cueing on those shots try raising the butt of the cue ever so slightly giving you a bigger surface area to hit and make sure you chalk before lol....nothing worse than the cue rolling over the ball
