Correct length for bed cloth cut from roll

I got the opportunity to get a length of fresh cloth from a local club.
What's the correct length to cut from the cloth roll for a 12ft table?

Don't want to cut too generous, but also not too short

4" overhang, bearing in mind it will be stretched, and 6" strips across the nap for cushions.

The correct length for a full size bed length is 151 inches

For the cushion lengths you cut the cloth in 6" strips WITH THE NAP
