That's correct.

I've made architect aware that its a snooker room so will make sure its up to scratch with enough steel to support the table.

Only issue to be honest it the width its a shade under 15ft would have ideally liked it to be 16ft wide

Think of the pictures of houses 500 years ago. They got wider as they went up, so on the top storey people could shake hands across the road. Maybe you could do that?
