Cushion height

What is the correct cushion height from the bed of the table to the lower contact point of the cushion
Anybody know for sure...
As I have read this can effect the bounce

from some old template diagrams the total height of cushion from bed is 39mm and height of contact (where undercut starts) is ~30mm
