Table weird

Hi all had my table nearly a year now had problems with the speed now taken the thick clun cloth off and had tournament gold fitted and recover of cushions cushion bolts were not tight enough before now the speed is great now and cushions bit for some reason i seem to rattle the pockets more than before. I thought having a new cloth fitted and cushions covered would be easier for the balls to drop anyone else experienced this. Thanks
