childs/toy table?

My little boy is two in a week or so and i was thinking of getting him a little snooker table to play with - get him started young!

Any ideas? all i can find is 6ft tables or little 30cm tables with tiny balls.

I used to have a little 4ft table with plastic balls and that would be ideal but i can't find one anywhere!

Bought my son one when he was three I think, a 6 footer. The size was not a problem for him it was the hight so I made some different legs.

I'm thinking of upgrading but find it a bit expensive. I have plenty of room in the loft for a full size table but think 3,000€ is a bit top heavy, especially when their are young mouths to feed in the house!!!!
Would it be cheaper to make my own?
Are there no "middle of the range" tables out there?

I have a full sized snooker table upstairs at my place, the only problem is that it will not become level after about 6 months, so every six months we have to level it. Not much of a hassle, just means I cant practice that day . We has a bit of trouble getting the slates up the indoor stairs so we had to use the external stair case but we needed about 5 men to carry one slate. hahaha

yeah, the upstairs area of the house is about 90m2, so there is plenty of room. Dont know if it would take the 1500kg's though!!!
At least I think thats what it would weigh!!!

The real problem is that its right over my parents bedroom

I think the best thing to do is buy a little 6 foot table and alter the legs if too high. Gotta get them started young

My boy is now 7 and i'm looking at a new table for him for crimbo, seen argos doing these http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Produc...er/3025824.htm but the legs look a bit flimsy.... any thoughts?

The load spread across 8 legs is not nearly as heavy as one thinks..
