Advice required on buying a Full Size Table

I am in the process of looking for a second hand table for practice, testing my new products etc
I have been offered an early 70's Birmingham Billiards table re-clothed and installed with all the required table equipment for £2000.
I dont know what type the cushions are, any tips or advice would be very welcome.
