    Been playing on the same table in the club for a while now with HARRY scratched into the wood on the top rail nearest the black spot.
    Went in there the other day, and played on the same table but Harry was now at the baulk end.

    Table had been turned round obviously but the cloth was not new.

    Explanation coming when the gaffer gets back from the pool finals in blackpool I trust otherwise we've got a ghost in their

    Sounds like the cushions had been off. Don't know why though.

        Simple explanation actually, the rails had been taken off, the cloth stretched then they had put the rails back on but not at the same ends.

            why not?

            Well if you take off the two ends and put them in the middle without noting which came from where there's a 50-50 chance they'd be put back differently unless they were not identical in measurement etc isn't there?

            Same reason Wity was carved in every school desk I ever sat at. Kids are destructive little *******s.
