Amateur World Championships history and info

Does anyone have a list of amatuer world championship winners and runner ups from the 1970s to the present ?

Also, is it the same championship thats running now thats its called IBSF and seems to be run in group stages, as it was in the days that Jimmy White won it ?

I've had a look on GSC and snooker.org but there doesnt seem to be a complete history on there, although there is some info on recent years.
