Looking for a snooker league

hello,
I'm new to this forum, which is very interesting by the way. I would suppose that i am an average club player (used to play alot about 5 years ago and have only just come back into the game), regulary get 50+'s in the line up (although not recreated that in a frame recently) and i'm trying to find a snooker league that i can join for next year while in at uni in london. Does anyone know of one near E1 London that would be appropiate for my skill level etc,
any help would be greatly appreciated as i would really like to give snooker league a go, might even make me a better player,

I ended up getting a ambassador (steve davis rep) cue from john parris yesterday. It was very lucky actually as i thought i would have to get one made for me but in the end someone had ordered a 20oz one and not got back into contact with john and he hadn't been able to get into contact with the bloke so when i told him what i wanted he just walked into his workshop and brought it out.
I really like the way you are treated in the shop also, and you get a two week trial with the cue and if you are not getting on with it you can take it and swap if for somthing else (as long as it's in the condition you bought it).
Also got to try it out properly today, is taking a little getting used to but is defently better than my old cue and just cannot believe how nice and stiff the shaft is considering it's got a 9mm tip, in that respect it's about as stiff as a 9.5-10mm tip cue so power shots are not any problem for the cue, just my ability, lol.
Just thought i would write this and see how other people felt about the level of service they have recieved from john,
