    Eastwood Handicap Snooker Tournament
    Sunday 31st May 2009
    11.00am Registration, 11:30am Start

    • Event to be held at Phoenix Cue Sports, Mansfield Road, Eastwood, Nottingham, NG16 3AQ.
    • £10 Entry Fee, half price for under 18’s, all distributed as prizes.
    • Format will be either straight knockout, with a plate for early round losers OR round robin groups prior to knockout stages.


    Competition rules:

    1. Competition open to all players. The Tournament Director reserves the right to refuse admission.
    2. Prize money will be calculated on the day, dependant on the number of entries and will paid out at the conclusion of the event.
    3. All matches best of 3 except final best of 5.
    4. Handicaps will be issued upon registration by the Tournament Director.
    5. Advance entries would be preferred, if places are available on the day, players will need to register by 11.00am, and the event starts at 11:30am (doors open 10am).
    6. All matches played to World Snooker Rules.
    7. No dress code.
    8. The Tournament Director’s decision will be final in all cases.
    9. These rules are property of "Phoenix Cue Sports" and subject to change.

    Is there a deadline for entries? Gonna try and post my entry off tonight / tomorrow

      You can just turn up on the day but there's always a "danger" that you could miss out as it's limited to 32 players, so it's always wise to send your entry fee in advance to ensure you get a place.

        Thanks I'll put it inthe post tonight, you should receive it in plenty of time. I'm mainly doing it for the experience as I've never played a tournament before. Not expecting much, but should be fun
