It's actually Cambridge for the South, I'm going back tomorrow as I made it (somehow!!!) to the quarters.

The only other player I know is definitely through is a certain Alfred Burden who also made a maximum break in his second match today. Great to watch on the table next to me, he looks in very good form.

      Btw good luck tomorrow

Not as far as I'm aware Kev. You'll have to rely on players!

South final is between Alfie and Ben Harrison.

Alf beat Elliot Bastable and Ben beat me in the semis, both deciders.

              Well done Alfie.
              Another 147 in EASB event!
He produced a maximum in his way to winning the event in Woking earlier this year.
What was the score Alfie vs Ben Harrison?

              Thanks for the info guys.

Imo i was shocked and sad not to read threads about these on going events with most of the best amateurs around trying to become main pro players.
                Shame tbh

Well done again Matt good event for you

It strikes me that this forum is more aimed towards Pro events and members' discussion about their own game and equipment (cues, tips, tables etc.)

On some old forums (SnookerTalk, TalkSnooker and GSC) we had very good threads on the amateur game - PIOS, EASB, IBSF events - but a lot of the people who used to post do not visit this site.
