Getting down to the business end of EASB PTT Event this weekend in Leeds with 32 players fighting it out for 1 Main Tour place.
Anyone got any thoughts on who will get it, bearing in mind the English Amateur event carries double, maybe 1 1/2, points.

We'll probably find out in a few weeks time Janie, tends to take a long time for scores and rankings to be processed/updated on the EASB website.

I know Jamie got beat in Last 16 by Sean Bullock & Kuldesh was in Final. That's all I know I'm afraid.

The EASB are looking for an office admin person to deal with all this. I would love to do it but don't think I've got the time or the IT skills to do it justice.
I still think EASB is a lot better and fairer now than when Jamie first started playing.

EASB are trying hard to improve their efficiency and effectiveness, but doing it on a shoe-string budget doesn't make the task any easier. More and more people with specific skills have slowly been brought in to deal with specific tasks and I'm sure there will be further improvements again next season.

EASB still sorely needs someone on board with skills in marketing, development and fundraising. Anyone with those skills would be welcomed with open arms.
