To answer your specific questions:
Yes, they are open to everyone.
Yes, you can turn up on the day and join Cuestars for £10. Then the entry fee for each tournament is £15.
No, there is no dress code.
Good luck. Let me know how you get on as I write the tournament reports for the website.
If you read the tournament reports, you'll see the sort of players that enter.

TCC Pro-Am 2010
I can confirm that the TCC Pro-AM is sheduled to take place again this year, in Newport over the summer months. We will post more details on our website - www.tredegarconsclub.co.uk when they are finalised.
