    £10 entry fee, handicapped best of 5 frames main comp, 1 frame plate comp for first round losers for extra £1 club will double plate entry money.

    10.30am start draw to be made 10.15am prompt, if you are going to be late call me or the club to register before 10.15 am.

        i have been practicing here quite a bit and got talking to gurj and he asked if there was a website to advertise it so i said i would sort out getting players there i have been missing having no pro am near. the reason you won't of heard about this is because we only confirmed it yesterday

          1 frame plate comp seems a bit do or die tho......in my club its best of 3

            yeah i know what you mean about the plate comp thing just need to see how many turn up if not that many i can put frames for plate comp up but people may feel cheated if i advertise 3 frames then they only get 1

              We only get between 14 and 20 people turning up, so it works out OK for us. Plus only allowed to use 8 tables out of the 10, as the boss wants at least 2 spare for paying players ......(free tables whilst in comp)

                matt hows the handicap system going to work?, will our ciu league handicaps be used?, theres a few lads from easington club interested in going through.

                  cant use our ciu league handicaps because there is going to be alot of people there who don't play in our league.

                  they will go up in multiples of seven with a maximum of 49 to be given and i will get a few peoples opinions on the day about them in order to try and keep everyone happy.

                  must add this club has a dress code no tracksuit or jogging bottoms, no baseball caps and no workwear.

                    entry fee for this event has provisionally gone up to £20 unless people don't want this. all makes for more prize money.
