Dress code will be dark trousers, shoes, collared shirt or polo shirt.

No jeans or trainers are allowed.

Birmingham's only 90 minutes drive from Sheffield, the event will be finished by mid afternoon on Sunday so plenty of time to travel to Sheffield and good match practice beforehand.
