  • Hotpot we still dont have your details for the team. Please can you PM me asap or phone Paul and give them to him.

I know you've sent them to DWOT but as he has nothing to do with this team they havent found there way tot he tournament officials.

Also if your entering the singles you need to phone up asap. It might even be too late already as they have 96 entries.

      • Yes! The F&M rule is in the official rules of the game, which is what we shall be abiding by.

There should be some roving referees to make a decision should the players need to seek advice.

                      • Don't know your Open opponent, but John Redfern in the Seniors is the manager of SWSA... he and Paul Williams claim to be in it just to make up the numbers. Who knows, they might be selling themselves short!

                          • I've now allocated each match to a sesion time, and have submitted this to Paul for approval. With just a couple of exceptions this means that even though some players (if they in their first round matches) could be playing five matches (including the Team KO frame), no more than two matches will be played in back to back sessions.

It's taken hours to work it all out, but of course it will all be buggered up anyway when some people don't show and/or Paul accepts some late entries!

                            • Gutted not to see my teams name's in those draws, you will ruddy make it the same weekend as the Under 21's though!
                              One day I'll make a century, I've knocked in a 51!

                              • I can attest to Paul Williams being very handy with his cue. I played him 3 sets when I was at the SWSA last year and discovered just how good he is. He was a county champ a little while ago (not sure of county but I believe he lived in Dorset?)
