    Yes! There are events for all age ranges, and whilst some are aimed at top juniors and wannabe pros, most opf the rest attract quite a diverse range of ability.

      The main problem for the NGBs, though, is that with Q-School and amateur entries in PTCs, the wannabe pros can now completely bypass the NGB-run events, those events being the lifeblood of the NGBs!

        Theirs another Pro-am at, Willie Thornes Leicester, Next Sunday... And yes their is now a H'Cap Competition at Golden Cue on, the 1st Sunday of every Month £5 to Enter. Its only been on for the, last couple of Months, buts its, well worth entering if your fairly Local.

            Thanks for all the info guys please keep them coming. Gary, I play in the handicap at golden cue it's a good tournament and a good standard with some very good players attending.

                  Not in the midlands, but there will be another tournament in Ca'n Picafort (Mallorca) at the first weekend in October.
                  Next one there will be 11. + 12.05.2013 (the weekend after the WC Final).
                  Good place to make holiday and play snooker.

                      Hi all. I will be going to the Pro-am in Fenton, Stoke-On-Trent on Sunday the 30th of this month. They are held every last sunday, and recently have been FREE entry. So should attract quite a large number. Hope to see you there!!!
