WORLD number one Mark Selby is coming to Hampshire next month.
The Jester from Leicester will be the guest-of-honour at the Farnham & District Billiards & Snooker League’s annual presentation evening at the Lindford & District Workings Men’s Club, in Bordon, on Friday, November 9.
Selby will play a frame against at least five of the league’s top potters and against the winner of a prize draw.
Spectators are more than welcome. Tickets priced £10 will be available at the door on the night. The action starts at 7pm and is planned to finish at 11.30pm
Former pool world champion Selby, 29, who turned professional in 1999, has claimed two ranking titles: the 2008 Welsh Open and last year’s Shanghai Masters 2011.
