The tables are all in excellent condition with the club recently being taken over by new owners, most been reclothed recently with top grade cloth and most tables now have pro lighting.

Hi mate. I'm so glad i saw this post, otherwise i wouldn't have known about the place. I tried to get a few more lads from stoke to come, but it was probably too short notice. It was a long day, due to the large turnout (47). I would strongly recommend a visit to this club as its second to none! The people were very friendly and made me feel very welcome indeed. Superb playing conditions, boasting live streaming on their match table!
I was fortunate enough to win it, so i'm chuffed to bits at the minute!

Congrats on the win. How does the handicap system work for these tournaments please?

They use a grading system depending on your highest break. I think you will always have a bit of trouble trying to determine a fair handicap but on the whole i'd say they did very well considering. check their website to see the grades www.derbyshiresnooker.com
