it has been my local for "too many years to mention" but suffice to say everyone knows every one, I like it.
Got a pool team where I can keep my cue action, etc. up to scratch when not down the snooker club
        and free secure wifi

now if only there was a local quality snooker coach...
        Up the TSF! :snooker:

So you drive there have a quick one and then drive home?

Staying in is the new going out pal - get a snooker or pool table, get a bar invite your mates get a curry, switch on the karaoke system, watch a movie in the old cinema room, lounge, watch sky sports, football, boxing, snooker, do theme nights x box nights quiz nights, poker nights, barbecues, speak and invite the nice fun people you like, drink lots of nice but not expensive drinks, smoke dance and do what you want. You know everything like you used to be able to do in a club/local pub before they died.

My thoughts exactly. Here is my Snooker Room. This table is a 1898 5x10 Brunswick Snooker table but could be changing this week going to look at a antique 6x12 Burroughs n Watts.

Happy days Nice tables Burroughs and Watts steel block good choice Les, I would probably get a Star table myself and open the pockets up slightly so I did not have to get it recovered all the time.

Have you enough room in there for a full size?

That is where it is a little tricky but everyone says i will be fine. My room is exactly 15' wide and 30' or more long. I will put my old one in storage until i make sure the other one works. I have an open stairway coming down on one side so I only really have one side that could be a little tight on some rail dead in shots but nothing a 52" cue would not look after.
