    The semi finals ar due to start at 11am today. It is an all Welsh/Irish affair as Daniel Wells will face Vinny Muldoon (last year finalist) and Michael White (current IBSF World champ) will take on David Hogan.

      Hopefully Michael White can win but would he be old enough to take up his place on the tour?

        Michael White (WAL) 5-2 David Hogan (IRL)

        So the finalist of last year, Vinny Muldoon, will face IBSF world champion and snooker prodigy Michael White in the final (scheduled at 3pm BST).

        Alex, I don't he'll be old enough. He wasn't last year when he won the ISBF WC and if I remember he was 14. And the limit to access the Main Tour is 16...

            Michael White wins 6-2 to claim another major Amateur title. As his birthday is 5th of July he will be able to take up his place on the tour next season. Surely a future tournament winner.
