    person and a Nice guy.
Yes and that is what I said. He reminds me of the way Neil Robertson walks around the table. I think I will try it.

no harm in that les, but you don't wanna end up looking like a toccer so try it in the mirror a few time before you go out

      • alans a nice cueist, his cue stops at the white at address (very important), then one or two positive feathers and gets through the white well on shot completion. he could slow down the back swing a tad, not easy to do in the heat of battle

I watched some of the first couple games last night on you tube and he is amazing. He can really pot balls and has great control of the cue ball. My earlier post was probably out of line and of course with Floyd being a good friend of mine I was on his side. I hope he goes to the worlds.

          • Terry wins first match in the Seniors. Plays at 10:00 am EST Good Luck, seems to be playing some of his best Snooker and riding on a high after a great finish in the open.

I agree with everything you just said. I got to see the entire match live. It would be great to see Alan play more since he lives in Toronto, but he has other interests besides Snooker.

At the risk of commenting about a good Friend. I did notice at the awards ceremony, after the match, Alan did make the effort of
being very respectful and was very complimentary of his opponent. Floyd did not say anything about Alan, Granted to give Floyd
the benefit of the doubt he had just been beaten rather easily but I would have thought he might have mentioned Alan in some way.

but floyd knows only too well how good his opponent was in that match. technically alan is on another level and it looks like floyd isn't ready to respect that yet

I did not see the ceremony but I would have thought Floyd would say something but maybe he was caught off guard with a loss that he does not run into very often,..LOL Floyd is not like that, he is normally very considerate when it comes to anyone else. Also very supportive and I know this first hand, when we play at my house he is always very supportive towards my game and always trying to help. God knows I need all the help I can get.....

                            • Floyd has won quite often I believe so its nice to see a new
face become the champion. Alan played extremely well
against Floyd and deserved the win.

i think if floyd comes over and you knock in a couple of frame winning breaks, you'd probably see another side to him les
