From what I could tell on the dialogue on youtube. He did not think it was fair that it was a foul and a miss.
I think this is were the foul and a miss is a bit wrong really. He got very close by jawing the white. At that point I don't think the ref should have called a foul and a miss.

Terry was trying to get a rule on an impossible snooker to hit. Could not get a rule in his favour so he conceded. Playing well this game.
