DERBY’S prolific century breaker Jamie Bodle was one of four players to qualify for the last-16 south of the English Amateur Championship from the East Midlands qualifier.
Bodle, who fired in three tons in three frames at the Masters Championship last-16 last month, kicked off with a 117 in his first-round victory over Andrew Diacopoulos at Cueball Derby
Lee Shanker (Derby), Callum Costello (Leicester) and Dale Schofield (Lincoln) join Bodle in the next stage at The Crucible Sports & Social Club, Newbury, on the weekend of April 11-12.
