Concerning the engagement of the young players - we cannot betray snooker to get more people playing it
Snooker is snooker - if you wanna play it - make your maths.
If you don't want math - play pool

Oh, by the way, @djax - concerning your slug/motto regarding the practice.
I know another one: "Practice does not make things perfect, it make them permanent" - so be carefull what you practice

@acesinc - this is not an error - it's again made on purpose! You answered it yourself - the "Foul and a Miss" shall not be called (except for an unusual situation of a flagrant, intentional foul). That "except" makes a difference. If "Miss" button would not be available, how could the referee still call a miss in this exceptional situation. So, in this regard the app is "intelligent" enough not to mess with the referee decision

I hate maths, hardly think about it when I'm playing and I never count my own breaks.
