Chandler’s Ford Snooker Club, home of Pontin’s under-12 champion Shane Castle, kicks off its 13th series of the Under-21 Roll-Up at 2pm on Saturday, 22 March.
These are best-of-five tournaments off scratch with a best-of-three Plate for first-round losers. Total prize money for the top 15 players at the end of 20 weeks is £1,000.
The first event will be best-of-three before we revert back to our normal start time of 1pm and normal format the following week.
To give you an idea of the standard, all 15 top ranked players in the current series have scored competitive half-centuries.
