    hey

ask people at your club and ask the manager to host something

someone at your club is bound to know about some competitions

Hi mate. Where abouts do you play? What standard are you at? I can offer you a few competitive frames if your interested. Me and a mate of mine have been toying with the idea of getting a fairly large tornament organised in Eastbourne East sussex. I'm going to post something on here and see how much interest there is for it.
Forget it, Donny, you're out of your element

Hi there, i am an amateur snooker player from hertfordshire and am looking for competition info if possible, dont mind traveling, there just seems to be a lack of comps around my area.

Doeas anyone know of any £10-£100 a man events in 2009?

        Thanks

Try Cuestars. The website is cuestars.uk.com.

Cuestars runs scratch tournaments across the south using a round-robin format leading to a knockout.

There is a section, within junior snooker discussion, on this snooker forum dedicated to Cuestars.

There were quite a few from Sussex at the last event in Swindon.
