Is this done on a real snooker table 12 x 6"? What are the size of the pockets?
    Who is his opponent?
Would be interesting to see how a American pool player play snooker.
What do you think his highest break would be?

One of the top American pool players and a regular on the Mosconi Cup teams. And I'd like to know who he's playing against too. I'd be very interested to watch this.

Might I add that unless he's played snooker regularly then his HB wont exceed 30 if he plays well.
Always play snooker with a smile on your face...You never know when you'll pot your last ball.

But that really depends on the size and cut of the pockets. Some tables in the US have very forgiving pockets. It also depends on his opponent whether he is a good player who can punish him when he misses or not. I have seen pool players running 50 or more never played snooker before. But to run a century on a Riley would take some time and serious practice.

Bump. It's gonna be played in my house on my really tight 12' BCE. Not the buckets from a club table. I'm looking forward to it. Hopefully we'll put up a good show! Come and watch 1pm CST (7pm UK) this Saturday

Jeremy Jones, from what I understand, is a very all rounded solid player.
I think he will play a sensible games, with good safties and positions, but the potting aspects may get him down if the pockets are unforgiving.
But then it depends on his opponent whether he could put the pressure on him I think.
Regardless, i am happy to see interest in snooker from the US and I look forward to this match.
                      Thank you.

I watched a bit of it but it wasn't too good I'm afraid. Neither player really got going, Jones doesn't really have a strong cue action for snooker, you really need a proper snooker stance to play the game as the pockets are unforgiving compared to pool where they will go in even if the ball hits a cushion 4 inches from the pocket. Table was also a bit slow, the cloth didn't respond like we see over here.
