No, but as far as I understood it, this isn't a newspaper, it's a forum.

It doesn't matter what anyone says, there is no reason whatsoever a thread title can't be worded so that it doesn't give away the result. What footygirl does with her titles is incredibly inconsiderate. It's as simple as that.

Oh look Suzys thread isnt there... Just avoid the "tournaments" section!!!!!
Suzy will never bother you and we can all read the headlines.
But next are you going to start complaining that you were reading some other thread and they said "Ding played really well I'm glad he won" in a post, oh no its given away again!

Just because you choose to blame suzy for always giving it away, you could avoid her threads pretty easily.

next time billy, we'll make sure we all keep quiet until you've watched your recorded match and ready to discuss it. honest.

      thanks for the report suzy

What are you actually reading??? Peoples predictions come before the match not during it so you would haveread those the night before... You can't read suzys thread... spoilers... you cant read any thread pertaining to the match itself just incase someone is "inconsiderate" enough to post the result or current scoreline at that time.

In the future, we need to all hold off until Billy informs the forum when he is done with watching his recording--until then, no one is allowed to exercise his/her freedom of naming threads the way he/she chooses.

Until then, all reports are only to have titles such as "Ding vs Maguire." "Ronnie vs Higgins." No other format is allowed.

I see what you are coming from but I don't think there is any solution other than staying away from the forum if you want to be 100% sure of not knowing any match results. I think it would border on dictatorship to not allowing certain thread headlines and I think most people agree with that. You'll just have to do like undersigned did recently - for about two-three months in fact - stay away from the forum until you have watched the match or tournament in question.

Why don't you think about what you're saying? A thread - and therefore it's title - is promoted to the main forum page everytime someone makes a post on it.

Again, think about your ****-taking before you deliver it. I'm not talking about individual posts, I'm talking about thread titles.

Yes but the thread... Is held in the "Tournaments" Forum...
Don't visit that forum, or use the main page, and there is no way you can come across that thread! For instance stick to the snooker lounge until you have finished watching the snooker?

So how do I access the Snooker Lounge, for instance, if I don't go to the main page?

Anyway, I've had my say. This thread's already turning ugly so I'm not saying anymore on the subject.

Save the pages for each section in your favourites and dont visit the tournaments forum.
