I’m not surprised! Those middle pockets of yours sound really tight! I tried the two ball method on mine yesterday and you can get two in at the fall on the middles! And they are cut to some BSCEFBEC nonsense template... the corners on mine are pretty tight and I thought the middles where until I saw your post! Crazy man

Ok here’s a pic ,two will go in ,but they will just suspend together past the fall then drop together if you push them with a squeeze on the rubber,but to put them in at the same time they will touch .you can still power a ball in off the back spot at full pace no problem .Never get any bounce out either of the back plate on full blasted shots .

The customer where I’m working asked if I’d had a good weekend! Of course I couldn’t tell them I pretty much spent the entire weekend playing with myself...

I was thinking I might get a white board in the shed to record my results, maybe that’s a little too sad? How do you record?

Have you tried lining up all the balls between the middle pockets and seeing how many you can pot from the baulk line? I tried this on Saturday and only managed 8... tried again on Sunday and managed 10! Think pros usually hit into the high teens with this routine. I’ll keep a record and see how this improves.

I’ve managed to find a chap from Leicester to have a game at the weekend, so that will be interesting! Let you know how I get on! No it’s not Selby! He’s not ready for me yet....

I record it on my phone , I alternate the same routines so I’m able to keep tabs on how I’m doing . I’ve got the routines already written down and I just record the figure next to it.
I haven’t tried putting all the balls in a line like you say. I been practicing my long pots based on routines I stole from a YouTube video of Neil Robertson practicing it. I’m practice it a lot as I’ve found since returning that this is the area that need most attention. It’s probably an eyesight thing as well though as I’m nearly 50 now and need reading glasses .
