    I do lots of these. Has anyone tried visualsation at home. Imagine the table in your mind. Set out a straight blue and go through your pre-shot routine in your head and just imgaine yourelf doing this time over again. Then go and do it and see if there's an improvement, the brain is surprisingly good at remembering images ...and the body acts on it...

      Tried it at golf ,mainly practicing with out the ball ,both games static ball sports ,both bloody hard .
      Now if I could just consistently swap the scores round from these games
