I noticed while playing(right handed) my left chest touches the board. It's like giving me support but I gives tension on my chest. Is it ok or not? An if not, what is I am doing wrong?

As long as you don't touch any ball and at least one foot is on the floor as you take the shot, then it is not against the rules.
As to how it affects your play? Do you pot balls?
I would not have the left-side chest supporting your weight, just seems strange to me (not a coach), hopefully one will come on for youUp the TSF! :snooker:

It's pretty normal on an extended shot from the baulk end, or any shot square to the table fully extended. Most other shots the cushion gets in the way and you can't get over it to get that far down. It's better than hovering above the table as you are far more stableThis is how you play darts ,MVG two nines in the same match!

The height of the table from the floor to the top of the cushion rail shall be between 2ft 9½in and 2ft 10½ in.
I used to go to a working men's' club years ago where one table was in a room that had a slopping floor, I never measured it but at the baulk it felt like you were going to fall over reaching the baize and at the black end it felt like reaching for the top-shelf!!

Can you stick a video up on YouTube with a link?

In the other post about tight chest, I got a bit lost, when stretching a bit on the table it's normal for your body to be on contact with the bed of the table but you should still be relaxed and pretty comfortable. On most shots it's just your arm on the bed as the cushion is in the way of the rest of you, of that makes sense
