Does Anyone Know These Drills?

I've used the Fergal O'Brien website quite extensively as he has about 10 or so helpful drills that have improved my game. But considering that ol' Fergs isn't in the top 16 anymore, he wants to make a few quid and hasn't shared all his secrets with me. In his shop, he has a coaching manual which looks like something binded together. There are more drills in there which he doesn't publish on his website, so does anyone know these?

Blacks into the same pocket
“T” line up
“W” line up
Zig Zag routine
4 Reds routine
6 Reds routine
7 Reds routine
Pink line up
Blue line up
“U” routine

i sure would like to know a few of those too, drills are very important for me, they help my concentration etc.

I've heard of the zig zag before but cant remember what it looks like. And i can only assume balcks into the same pocket is practice at stunning off the top cusion and getting high on the black again
