Lee Brett showed me one I'm still working on. Place 8 reds in a line across the pink spot, with the end reds maybe 6" from the cush. Pot the reds into the black pockets. The cue ball must finish somewhere between the pink and blue spots. Its a good exercise for developing touch with minimal cue ball travel.
