My current coach has been helping me with my stance and has told me i should twist my hips as i get down into the shot so that i lock in, this helps make your back arm straighter and leaves you less room for movement, is this right?
Also im finding i hard to do it i dont understand what he means by twist in, he twist to teach me but im finding it difficult any help would be great.
