I use the top one mostly and the second one around the blue instead the black as i'm quite new and find it easier. http://www.snookergames.co.uk/practise.html

To check whether your cueing action is correct and straight, try this:
Pot straight and long blue off its spot to top pocket. Cue ball on the straight baulk line. Use the medium power in your shot (P5) and use medium top spin cue ball.
If the cue ball enter the same pocket with the blue, than you are doing it right. Cheers.
