Yes. It is a hard shot to get right but lets you know what is wrong by watching the line of the c.b. after striking the object ball. If the c.b. follows the same line (ideally into the same pocket)then you know it is a perfect strike with follow through. If the c.b. goes left or right after stricking the o.b. then you know you have put side on it.

Whether the exercise is useful for continuous jammed a black ball with his point in the corner pocket? Then, in the pink corner pocket and pockets in the middle?
Ie the first time put the cue ball arm, and then only use the output for the next blow?

Didnt the guy say he was a very basic beginner, struggling to put 2 pots together ? I think this might be just a little beyond him somehow.

I understand it correctly - arranges the colored balls at their points collected in ascending order of all?

Enjoy hitting balls into the cushions 😜

I remember first time I played I was pretty surprised how big the table is and how small the pockets are, coming from playing pool, even having watched a lot of snooker on TV. Even balls so close to the pocket you would have thought it was harder to miss than pot were spat out for a good few sessions. Haven't got much better with age, can't see the other end of the table any more.
