The break off shot

Updating the plain strike method for the break off shot today (16/2/2010):-

I put the CB around half ball distance from brown, and hit the second last red @ slightly less than 1/4 ball contact, and I get a very nice split of the reds pack with CB travel back down to baulk cushion between brown and yellow, then the CB off the baulk cushion and end up nicely behind the brown.

I have noticed as a new member you offer a lot of good advice on this forum. So maybe you know of a good coach in Buckinghamshire? Also thanks for the advice on gas permeable contacts.. i am off to the opticians in 1 hour.
