I played the other day and I was making way more easier shots that I used to make, so I was happy because I felt like I was finally getting somewhere. BUT, I played today and I don't know what was wrong with me?! I was missing things I could pot before, miss cueing everything but I don't know why! I got my friend to stand behind me to make sure I was cueing straight and I was, I made sure I kept my head still and down and I can aim, in not that bad, what else could make me miss cue shots? tbh I think I need a bit of coaching still! so if anyone knows of a coach in East Sussex, let me know?!
Any help or feedback would be much appreciated!
    Thank you, Toby.

    Hi Toby.

Trust me on this, the reason you miss is that you don't have a consistently straight cue action.

Practice long straight blues from the baulk line until you can pot close to 10/10 on a daily basis.

This will take some serious time and dedication to iron out all the minor flaws in your action.

Once you have achieved this level, you will have taken the first and biggest step towards making big breaks.
