    I think you will find that running will benefit your snooker more than weight training does.

    During my none snooker period and was back playing darts, I used to go jogging and my darts did improve immensely. After having been for a run, the treble twenty was like a bucket and I got into the county darts team at the age of 60.

      I have decided to carry on with the weight traiing but also do a bit of running to help the slow twitch fibres develop.

          No, not yet. I am up to a bag of sugar in each hand..lol..

          What anyone must consider though is a high carb diet which would be for cardio, it may encourage wind on the shot..
